El pasado viernes 25 de noviembre concluyó el Programa de entrenamiento laboral y profesional en el centro de Juventud de Puertollano, con un broche de oro, el IV Taller de coaching laboral dedicando las dos horas al conocimiento de esta prueba tan importante dentro del proceso de selección para un posible puesto de trabajo.
La entrevista de trabajo es, generalmente, la prueba decisiva en el proceso de selección, por ello facilitar recursos a los asistentes para que se sientan más seguros durante la entrevista de trabajo y sepan presentarse como el mejor candidato al puesto al cual quieren acceder es de vital importancia para asegurar el éxito en esta actividad.
A través de este taller los usuarios experimentaron en varias entrevistas simuladas las sensaciones que se tienen en una entrevista real.
El objetivo principal de este taller de coaching laboral versó en que los asistentes fueran capaces de “preparar” la entrevista de trabajo al objeto de incrementar sus posibilidades de éxito, o lo que es lo mismo, enseñarles las conductas que precisan para causar una impresión positiva en el entrevistador.
Para ello NNPCOACHING propone:
- Incrementar los conocimientos teóricos-prácticos sobre la entrevista.
- Adquisición de habilidades sociales (Por ejemplo: Técnicas de Comunicación).
- Controlar las posibles situaciones de ansiedad producidas en la entrevista.
Los contenidos de dicho taller giraron en torno a:
- Naturaleza y definición de la entrevista.
- Objetivos de la entrevista.
- Preguntas de la entrevista.
- Tipos de entrevista
- Conductas o habilidades básicas durante la entrevista.
- Estilos de afrontar la entrevista.
- Pruebas de selección.
Para finalizar el taller se pasó a los usuarios un cuestionario de satisfacción donde pudieron exponer cómo llegaron al principio del proceso y qué se llevan al final, qué sesión o taller les ha parecido más interesante, si ha existido compromiso semanal entre sesiones por parte de la coach y los coachees, y qué diferencia han visto entre este programa de entrenamiento y otros procesos de orientación en los que han participado.
La satisfacción de los usuarios y la mía misma, con el resultado del programa es elevadísima. A continuación expongo algunas evaluaciones de los usuarios recogidas en los cuestionarios:
